Bought 2 pairs and threw away 4 others of a different brand. But for nearly everything else in the kitchen these do the trick. They work great for me. Honestly these are great!

Cons

They constantly come apart during use. Then the connecting screw needs to be tightened with pliers. When tightened, they are usually too stiff to use, or so loose that they fall apart.
