Pros

The uses are endless and the clean up is fast and easy. Works great. Fast shipping. I recommend these to anyone who uses silpats.

The silicone is safer with kids cooking (and adults too) the bottoms of my cookies get crispy brown perfectly evenly across all the bottoms.

Cons

Baking croissants on them provides great results but the mats give off an awful lot of smoke. Bubbles up and distorts even at low temperatures. It's so flimsy and i regret buying this.
