The metal used is well within the hardness to hold a really good edge. The coating helps prevent rust growth. It’s sharp, stays sharp and is easily sharpened!

Greatest knife, it is very useful and durable. Pricing is extraordinary for such a terrific kitchen tool. It’s inexpensive and if/when it breaks you don’t feel bad sending it to recycle.

Cons
