Pros
These work perfect, just make sure you grease them first all the way to the top. These ones come with microwave instructions. I love poached eggs and these are ideal.
Cons
Takes way too long to poach an egg in these cups. Says dishwasher safe but the silicone took on the taste of dishwasher soap. Old fashioned egg poaching pots are much, much better.

I only used a very small amount of coconut oil to coat and my eggs did stick a little had to use a spoon to remove and broke 1 out 4 yolks

It wasnt save to remove with it being so hot
