I am so happy to find this set it meets all my needs for a professional quality knife set. Absolutely beautiful to look at in our redecorated kitchen.

These are really good knives we have probably had them about six months now sharpened them once and they are used daily by my wife

Damascus steel very well built and super sharp

The thickness of the blades make cutting things like an apple a breeze without breaking the apple open
