The bread knife is great for bread and those food items that need a serrated edge. Great for veggie, cooked meat and even homemade bread. Using a steel meat cleaver to cut thru bone.
The handle is well designed, easy to grip. The handles are very comfortable and don't slip. Also knives are sharp and easy to use.
This set of porcelain knives has 4 sizes. As with all ceramic knives, the tips are easy to brake off. First time buying ceramic knives.
