Pros
Nobody reads this book and forgets it; it stays with you. Its a greatt book but be wary if orderimg paperback. I've owned this book at least 5 times, i give it away ro anyone who i think will appreciate it.
Anthony bourdain's memoir "parts unknown" is a must-read for anyone who has worked in the hospitality industry. The book offers a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a chef.

Looks like a cheap chinese knockoff that someone photocopied in their garage. Boring, repetatuvs, foul mouthed, disgusting insight into him and the restaurant bhsiness.
