As someone concerned about reducing their sodium intake im always looking for ways to reduce salt yet retain flavor

All the kitchen basics stocks are great but i especially like the unsalted versions as you can reduce them significantly without them becoming salty

And if after reducing they need salt you can use sea salt or a salt substitute then
