Pros

This is as close to a flavored drink as we're going to get now-a-days. The berry flavor really helps with the grassy lawn clipping after taste.

Keto flu is no joke. Used it to help stop muscle spasms in the left calf upon waking. It helps me keep my sodium, magnesium & potassium in balance. I work out regularly and needed a supplement to combat fluid loss and my body adapting to ketosis.

Cons

The packaging is not reusable for return shipping. They've made it too inconvenient to even ship it back.

This product is expensive and it makes your water taste like berry-flavored *. The ratio of electrolytes is also off compared to what my dietician reccomended to me. The beet and spirulina extracts used for color may be the problem.
