This little freezer works well, but it requires defrosting. The only annoying thing is they use a sticker on the front, directly on the stainlessz that states that the unit needs to remain upright after transport for 4 hours, which is good but the sti... Read More

The company’s dedication to customer service is very admirable. Well worth the money. Very satisfied.

Cons

The directions say to defrost it any time more than 1/4 of frost accumulates. They are only willing to refund 50% of our purchase price. There’s a dent on the side near the back where it was knocked around and a screw was pushed out.
