Pros

It needs to be quite as it is in a den - and it lives up to its claim. Its thickness in width is about the same as its thickness in depth. Easy to place and gives my freezer space needs a big boost without taking up too much room.

Keeps everything frozen even when we're on the road and it is unplugged for three to four hours. I keep ice packs in it and it keeps them colder than my regular freezer with no frost.

Cons

There's a dent on the side near the back where it was knocked around and a screw was pushed out. They are only willing to refund 50% of our purchase price. Now they want me to pay fr shipping back, which is more than the i paid for the freezer.
