Sleep * a baby for eight hours. This helps me switch my sleep schedule back and forth.

Cons

My concern is that the drowsiness and resulting sleep you get from this doesn't feel right. Once with a full tablet—felt groggy until lunchtime. They're not remotely useful for chronic insomnia.
