Pros

It really does the trick. It's cheaper and you use less. Price is reasonable and it also contains a probiotic.

I use a blender bottle or just shake it in a water bottle and it never fails to mix. I like how it is flavorless.

Benefiber is more finely ground and dissolves a little easier. Great generic for benifiber.

Cons

Stir and stir and there is still just a glob in the bottom of the glass that is gelatin like and won't dissolve. Threw up, got a headache, hurt all over.

Very unhappy with kirkland/costco.
