Pros

Water is extremely important for your digestive system. Used for extra fiber to help lower cholesterol.

Tasteless, not gritty, like drinking plain water. Everything dissolves and you wouldn't know it was there. Works great and disolves quickly no grit or taste.

Cons

New batch has so much trouble dissolving, tastes and smells awful! This product clumps up when you try to stir it in to cold drinks. Label says it dissolves, it does not. Does not dissolve in grape juice.

First kirkland product i have been disappointed with in a while. It is not. I wish this work for me like others but it doesnt.

Works as well as any 34famous34 brand

I have tried both the more expensive name brand and the less expensive generic kirkland’s brand

It takes a little longer to dissolve completely than benefiber brand thats the only difference
