Pros
The padding doesn't feel cheap on the straps. It fits perfectly on my back (5’3”) this bag has to bottle holders on each side of the bag. Strong zipper. Fits all her books and supplies as well as a compartment for her laptop.
The metalic logo looks sleek. Perfect for commuting to work with my laptop. The color is not shinky, it's more opaque.
Love the space, the material, durability… kipling always is a good choice. Good quality. A lot of compliments.
Cons
The zipper teeth seem to be dry rotten and are cracking and falling out. When i return it, it charges me return fee but the website stated free return. The bag quality is inferior comparing to my old one.

I would give it three stars because the seller sent me a completely different variation of this backpack that was more of a charcoal gray with black speckles and a silver monkey not the fluffy one

Maybe if it were 20 cheaper then i would reconsider getting another kipling but the prices are not worth in my opinion
