Quality
Quality seems high and the cable has a good feel to it.
First impressions: very durable and firm usb cord, average length and the dual head is a helpful feature.
On the surface it looks like an okay made cable, no warnings pop up so mfi certification seems legitimate.
The cable feels like it can really take a pounding and i will be leaving this one in my bag because i think it will survive so long.

Competitiveness
This cable is better than the original one that i recieved from apple with my iphone.
Since it is a braided cable, it is going to be more durable than apple's cable for a fraction of the price.
