The issue is not with the functionality of my ports as i use them successfully with other high speed devices. The issue with the ports is that they don't work with my device.

Updatethe microb connector that connects on the side of the body starts to bend the port out of place due to gravity causing the usb connection to drop

If you have a unit that is 1 year or older you will know what i mean

If you purchase it new then make sure to support the connection so that it does not stress the microb connector port otherwise the hub becomes useless

Perhaps some blutac beneath the connector as support against gravity could help

Not cheap plastic crap but solid aluminium and all formats of cards work properly
