The metal rod was bent when delivered, the unit leaks like crazy when connected, and the bar connector has no ability to shift side to side. Very inconvenient. Very poor quality.

I ended up buying a small pair of soft tip pliers to keep on hand so i can tighten the showerhead at different heights without marring the finish
