Pros
Sturdy, thick, flattened out great. The craftmanship is strong. The rug has a good heft to it. Good price too. Excellent value and durability for the price.
It's a very thick and luscious carpet. The colors complement my hardwood floor and the wood work. A rug pad keeps them from slipping on the hardwood floors.
The color is exactly as shown in the pic. It's even nicer than pictures depict! Vibrant beautiful colors. And they compliment each other beautifully.
This rug is everything i dreamed it to be. The design is beautiful and elegant looking. It is soooo beautiful!
Customer service is unmatched. Will purchase freon this company again.

The rug came in good packaging and okay time not the best time for something on amazon but more than okay for shipping time for a rug
One last note is that when the rug comes out of the package it does have a somewhat chemical smell

They could take a little better care about rolling them up without scrunching up the ends or rolling them up backwards
