I do wish it covered more of the screen area but i realize that the edges are curved so it cannot really do that

This was given to my husband by a coworker to try and that poor protector took a good beating and held up its end of the bargin

I like the glass over the other plastics because of a few reasons if dust sand dirt grime or even moisture gets beneath any of the plastic protectors it scratches the actual glass screen and water messes with functionality of touch

Of course if you cause significant damage such as hit it with a hammer or drop it off a building well nothing will save the phone from that
