I rate this item 4 stars even though i had to return it the problem was not kingbox this is a warning to fire stick buyers beware refurbished fire sticks note reviews that claim overheating the one i got overheated so hot it damaged the hdmi ports it also burned out the av convertor so all devices i ordered after did not load im sure they worked fine if you have a fire stick and the overheat warning comes on shut it down and let it cool

The software loaded on it will get any beginner close to where they want to be with a k××i build

If you screw up the box hit the help button you can factory reset and its just like the day you got it

It was simple to configure and start using interface is a little different than a phone but its pretty intuitive
