Id compare it to a high end laptop fan quite a low frequency thrum rather than anything nasty

Ive currently been using this kingbo grow light for around two weeks now and as you can see in the images it is making a real difference to the cactus arabian jasmine and succulents and the venus fly trap grown like its on steroids

I connected a timer and the plants spend their dark time from 1030pm to 8am in there too and its doing really well see the before and after the inset taken on the window sill for a better view image
