With the other beds every thing hurt pressure points where horrible have no pressure points now

The only negative is there are no directions on how the heater controls are placed outside the mattress

Although we tested the bed before putting the cover on it seems the only real way to get an idea of how it feels is to sleep on it and let the water and filling get distributed

The boxes came periodically all week long which was a bit annoying but we did receive everything slow response by seller but they did finally call
