Nope as you can see in the picture our matress was saved by this cover

The bed frame legs are sitting on the interceptor cups so most likely these small bed bugs are coming from the frame

I know it must be pretty airtight because often air gets trapped when i put it on and it looks like a dome instead of a mattress
