Pros & Cons
Pros
These aren't scratchy. They work well in both directions. I get them in bulk and put them over my fancier and/or waterproof encasements. They aren't super soft, but they go under the pillowcase and have worked well so far.
Good value. Worth the money. It fluffs up beautifully. I am very pleased when this happens.
Cons
The tear is by the seam, but not on the seam. The pillows are difficult to get in the protectors because of the sizing. They barely fit the pillow and the zipper broke on the second washing.
Cheap, rough fabric. Definitely not sateen. Feels like mostly polyester. The material is flimsy, not soft.

I has already put 2 on my pillows but when i went to put the 3rd one on the seam was pulling apart do even if i would have gotten the protector on a pillow it would have completely pulled the seam apart
