For some reason when i received the bug net one of the black hooks at the top was missing as if it had never been sown on

I dont know if it was a defect but the bug net i had purchased some of the stiches popped open

Instead of a vertical zipper opening which is fine durring the day light but trying to get in and out of the hamock in the middle of the night with just the vertical openng makes it difficult
