Pros
It is sturdy. My only nit is a minor one, because the leatherette is rather shiny and doesn't resemble natural leather at all. It seems sturdy, my only worries are the strength of the hinges.
Easy to assemble thankfully, because there were no directions. Has plenty of storage space and was ridiculously easy to assemble.
Storage area is substantial and holds exactly what we wanted; fleece throw, games, puzzle books. Would fit with most decors and stores quite a bit. The storage space is great for throw blankets and a pillow.
Cons
The dimensions are off by at least 5 inches on all sides. The top is totally unsupported and anyone over 40lbs would probably bust through the top cushion. There is a random hole and it won't hold more than a blanket or 2.

For the price this piece is worth every penny
1010 would buy again and for the price you cannot beat it
I could go get one from ashelys that wont have that problem for like 250 dollars more
For the price point this is a steal

Delivery was delayed but i wasn’t in a rush to get it
Was just 1 day late coming from texas
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was perfect protected ottoman no wasteful packaging making it easy to open break down for recycling
Covered up our older ottomans and they now look terrific
They sent wrong color and the one to match the couch was out of stock
The only thing that looked bad was the box but it had been taped all over
Competitiveness
I was hesitant to buy this but i liked the size of this better than what ashley offers for the bladen series furniture they sell
