I have been very pleased with the rock and roll trainer
The only downside is that you need a bluetooth heart rate monitor it wont work with the garmin ant monitors
The quality feels great and the bike feels secure while riding
Instead of being planted still during a workout you feel more free with the side to side action

The price is pretty scary but so far it has been very much worth it in my opinion

I was fast and rode thousands of miles a year
Maybe thats just pain old ups shipping but otherwise product great

Quickly becoming the star of the show is the kinetic app in the time ive had the trainer they have updated this app a few times

There are still a few bugs here and there but they seem to be updating it fairly regularly

The accessories i would suggest for this would be the kinetic turntable riser and the kinetic pro flywheel just got the flywheel recently and it seems to help the ride be even more realisticchallenging but it is not necessary to enjoy the ride

The only thing that has been disappointing is that the trainer does not calibrate easily
