Pros

Sparthos is my preferred k-tape. It sticks better than the much higher priced kinesiotape. Spartan has that long lasting quality that the others have lost, but at the same price.

Sustained a calf injury playing basketball. I have ehlers danlos syndrome, so my joints destabilize all the time. I no longer need sleeves and wear the tape whenever my knee needs it.

This tape stays on 3+ days with no irritation, comes off easily when you follow the directions and allows for a fuller range of motion. I even bathe with it on and it stays. It usually lasts 3-4 days to one week.

Cons

Its thin, like a bandaid. The adhesive on this tape makes me break out in raw itchy spots comparable to poison ivy. The type is not adhesive at all.

It's within the realm of possibility that i got a bad lot of tape, but i won’t order the jumbo roll again. It can't be returned or refunded. Waste of $. The tape is nothing like kt brand tape.
