Pros

This tape supports and it's flexible you can move with no pain. It's much less cumbersome than a brace. This tape stays on for days including showering.

The adhesive is beyond amazing. It works okay. Will order again. I purchased this tape for my knees.

The only thing i would ask is maybe a variety pack of colors. It is very convienent and easy to use. The quick guide is great for beginners learning different ways to best use the tape.

Cons

This item usually lasts my husband and i for about 1-2 months. Now it peels off after completing a crossfit workout. The adhesion is terrible and it doesn't even last 30 minutes before it starts peeling off.
