Pros

The adhesive lasts a good length of time. Adhesive is nice and strong. I remove every 2 days and any sticky left i use cotton pad and rubbing alcohol.

The stretch is good and it feels amazing on the skin. Also reduces shin splints when applied parallel to calf muscles. Cut in proper length strips, which eliminates waste.

It almost feels like you have a second skeleton of support. Works to keep the pressure off of my knee and knee cap. Supplies good support.

Kinesiology tape works great for plantar fasciitis. Between the tape and the brace, i truly believe surgery is no longer necessary.

Cons

Just got my box yesterday, put it on and noticed some itching throughout the day. Feels like a horrible sunburn! The adhesive is terrible, it itches like crazy and it is thinner than the real deal.
