    This has little long term staying power and is definitely inferior to rocktape or kt tape

    I used the tape for a shoulder injury and i had difficulty getting it unstuck once i separated the backing from the tape however that was operator error

    Next i would purchase the same tape but will look for individual pieces in hopes that i would be able to pull the back off the same as a bandaid
