So we started buying kinesio tape at the local big box store but its really expensive like 12 a roll and doesnt adhere as well as the rock tape the chiropractor uses

I trim the edges to be rounded which helps the tape stay on square edges tend to catch things and the tape peels off faster

Have to cut the edges round otherwise it will roll up
