Pros

Rock tape is waterproof and will last through a shower but probably not two showers. The adhesive is great (which is not the case for a lot of other brands)! I round off the corners of each end to prevent the corners from curling up prematurely.

Rock tape is a good one of the best roll type. Know exactly how to configure any kinesio tape. Kts own website has plenty of videos.

The price is also better here, especially with free shipping. It is not pre-cut but sometimes you want less than a 10 strip for use so that is not really a drawback. Just a little prep needed for use.

Cons

It seems to be a polyester-ish material. Short of wearing an ace wrap over the tape so that friction is not a factor, i have no idea how to get it to stay on. Was painful/difficult to remove and has left clear irritation on the skin.

Grain of salt i did use alcohol to clean off my skin before i put this on i did not do this with the kt tape pro
