Pros

I apply the tape in a crisscross shape and it helps support the wrist and joint during daily activities. It works well in relieving the muscle pain. This tape is softer than other tape.

Strong adhesive and works great for almost anything. Activated by rubbing it. One thing i've done to help it adhere better is to use a warm hair blower on it after placing it in position.

It lasts long and you can cut your own size rather than precut k tape. Cutting them is the hardest part but well worth it.

Got for 87 y/o mom's turn rotater cuff. This is the same type that my psychical therapist uses in her practise. I am a physical therapist who has used this both professionally and personally.

Cons

Light touch kt gold tape doesn't stick or create as much tension for relief. Tape feels very thin and adhesive is poor. Also leave glue residue on my skin after taking it off.
