Pros

I keep 1 in my purse for when my glucose drops. Great snack, just not if your on the go. The satisfy your craving and are well worth it.

The dark chocolate/cherry/cashew is my favorite variety of kind bars. The salted caramel dark chocolate nut is definitely a favorite. This flavor is great - my new favorite!

No saben mal. Taste is great, low carb and easier on teeth than many others. They taste great gf and low glycemic.

Cons

I order these a lot off of amazon and the package of 2 i got are hard and very stale. The kind bars are old not fresh.
