Pros
Covered dark rafters in one coat. Went on great and looked great after drying. Takes tons of time, but not a lot of surface area compared to a big wall.
High quality and delivered securely. I'm happy and thankful to have this task completed successfully. Worth every penny.
Zero vocs, low odor and easy clean up with soap and water makes it safe to use in occupied homes and work spaces.
No primer performs better than kilz. Max. Goes on easy. Primes wood well.
Cons
Was going to use this to cover the ceiling on my porch. Too late to return.

Jeez never had to use it after buying it but using other kilz products id vouch for the quality
If you want to cover stains this is the product to use

It does the great job hiding the stain
It was not soaked enough to bubble but when i painted it the tannin in the paper bled through the wet paint
Somehow through all of that packaging the rim of the lid sustained a dent but there was no leakage

One problem area especially has been the wood door sills under our outer doors where the paint has cracked and chipped off due to temperature changes and moisture

There was some mildewing on the garage door trim on the lower sides of the door that i repaired too and its not bled through in the weeks since

Make sure to open a window or use a respirator meant for paint paint fumes

It is now again a singlefamily but the upstairs that was rented out saw some ugly paint and ignored stains
