Pros
It feels sturdy and the seal is water tight. Sturdy, stackable and looks great. Well worth the money and reasonably priced too.
Bought 2 litres jars for making kimchi and pickled vegetables. Want to preserve other foods now especially salting lemons and limes for savoury dishes.
Cons
Jar is not very sturdy and shattered whilst i was sterilising. Someone has cracked off the edge of the lid whilst moving them. As soon as you lie the jar down it leaks!
One ok, the other in small pieces. Very disappointing- expected more from kilner. Completely unusable.

A relief placed at the inside of the lid engages the user in a daring visual joke it appears threedimenstional to the eye but smoothe to the touch
