The chair doesn't work like it should, just falls back all the way when you want to recline. After about 2 months of use a wooden dowel is poking out of the chair right where the edge of my right leg rests. The arm rests constantly shift.

My feet just sit on the ground flat with the hydraulic all the way down
Other than that i am very happy with the purchase

It also could mean that at least for the pillows you could replace the foam with a stuffing of your choosing such as a small slab of memory foam or some goose feathers lol

My first chair had a broken piece in the seat height tilt mechanism

I believe this piece was either broken in the factory or during delivery in the extremely cold weather 9 to 10 fahrenheit we have had recently in my area
