The original fluorescent tubes have a rounded pin so they will easily spread the contacts apart and allow the pin to seat into the fixture

This causes the problem of not being able to get that pin into the fixed single pin base

That spreads the contacts and now i am able to get those pins seated into their fixture

I too had to drill a hole on either side of the tubes at the mid point and feed a plastic zip tie around them to hold the tube from sagging

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

If you make them bull nosed like the original fluorescents then problem solved

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Initial cost seemed high but if they last like they are advertised they will be worth the money

At 30 a piece these bulbs are a nobrainer
