Cons

Led bulbs are not made for 120volts ac. Installed these bulbs in my fixtures, and in 15 minutes it burned out both ballasts so now i have to replace the fixtures. Now none of them work.

    Not a hard to cut out ballast and require on each side

    But you need to pull the ballast out and simply attache one wire to each end of the fixture thats it

    Make sure to turn off the breaker before starting
