Pros & Cons
Pros
Kiefer ankle and wrist weights are great for water exercise. Works well for water aerobics and gives an amazing swim workout. Wrist and ankle weights are also great for keeping food down.
Reasonably easy to adjust. All parts feel substantial and the smooth fabric is comfortable.
Velcro with plastic fastening. Fully adjustable. Straps, velcro adjustable with clip closure, easy on and off. I love that they have 2 straps and the straps adhere completely to the velcro so there is no 'tail' to trip over.
Highlights
Quality
While doing aqua therapy i got used to those weights that’s i wanted to have my own weights to continue with the exercises i learned
They held up really well and i am very pleased
Theres nothing i dont dislike with the water weights
I did not like the traditional water ankle weights with the loose strap just to hard to get on
Competitiveness
We drop them at the bottom of 12ft and bring them back out of the water

Its fine however in you hands you think these are the correct weights but on your ankles in the water they really need to be heavier to give you proper resistance

In prior physical therapy appointments in the pool i was using 5 lbs per leg but i think that’s too heavy starting out also trying to swim with that weight
