Pros

It has a gentle glow-in-the-dark feature that is not bright enough to be disruptive. It’s also great that it glows. My granddaughter loves the way they look.

Montessori light is perfect for toddler. Makes it easier for them to turn the light on for themselves. Makes them feel like they are doing it without mommy's help.

Easy to install. Works well for my toddler. Only took a minute to install, the only issue is sometimes the switch gets stuck in between on and off. Two screws out, hold the switch bar in place, two different screws in.

These make it so easy for my 3 yr old to turn on the bathroom lights by himself. It helps with potty training since the boys have more autonomy in using the bathroom.

Cons

These are simple to install, but i tried them on 2 different light switches and they would not slide up enough to turn the light on. The execution is very poor. Screws just pop right through the holes.
