Great idea but the rubber inserts that stop the water to flow in the mouth fall out easily and after 1 day of use the rubber piece is now missing these are great but be careful to get the perfect fit a little too big and water will leak in can be a little irregular at first but just like snorkeling if you regulate your breathing it works well
