Pros

High quality and heavy, about 70 lbs. Once assembled it is so dang sturdy and will last forever!

The knobs actually turn and “click”. The faucet actually swivels. Use an electric screwdriver or drill to assemble.

I love that it is not pink or girly but made with good decorating sense. Purchased for my granddaughter last christmas. Our 5 year old granddaughter just loves it.

Cons

Every screw was labeled redundantly. Easier than replacing since once we open and layout parts everywhere, it’s to much of a hassle. This product looks nice however, its disposable garbage like everything else made in china.

Very disappointing. Not worth it. And you have the audacity to just make it standard shipping?

It's completely ridiculous that you put the onus on your customer to photograph and upload an image of a broken part and proof of purchase" "a huge disappointment and frustration.

Just follow the picture instructions and take your timeit is well worth it

The only issue i had was screwing the screws into the faucet

It was an added step of predrilling using the screws into the plastic faucet
