The contents of the case were very realistic and useable with the exception of the blood pressure gauge it is not large enough to wrap around upper arms of patients not even the children which is my only disappointment

It’s pretty cheap and cheerful but there’s lots of little bits to play with and over time they’ve all got used

The phone and pager are battery operated and the sounds do become annoying but the kids love them
