Pros
Free standing unit sits well and looks pleasant enough. Easy to install. Saved me from my own incompetence probably.
It works i tested it on a running diesel engine holding it by the exhaust. Probably worth reading the instructions and then testing it on an exhaust.
Cons
Will never buy kidde products again. As a human nature says i trusted the good ones and oh boy, shouldn't buy this.
Digital display appears to be simply a torch with a zero on it. Alarm keeps sounding even when te boiler is off and there has been no cooking. I think it must be either really sensitive or faulty because it seems to go off after i've cooked more often... Read More

Its surprisingly small so much that you can just leave it on a shelf in the kitchen instead of having to fix it to a wall
