Pros

Installed these instead in 2 mins. Easy to install with a wrench too. Sturdy install. Very easy to install & look nice.

These are one solid piece of plastic so no small pieces for a baby/toddler to pull off. Baby now stays away from door stop. It works for my baby proofing use case, but the screw has the last segment without any threads.

The door jambs regularly sold in retail stores are a major choking hazard for little ones.

Simply unscrew the little metal piece from the trim and screw these into its place. Use dish washing rubber gloves to screw it in and gives you a lot of traction. Just use your hand to screw them into the baseboard.

Cons

It is just one screw into the wall, all it would take is for one kid to step on it and it would bust a huge hole in your wall. Another bummer, the screw is wider than standard, so you can't put the old style doorstops back on later without patching th...  Read More

It would be even better if it had a velcro attached to it so that you could attach it to the wall or a door when not in use

The only issue i had was that the package said it had 3 of the door stops and there were only 2

Only need them to last for a few more years but very frustrating when they snap

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

We ordered these not because we needed them for childproofing but because theyre longer then regular door stops

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Our issue was that because of the design of our doorways and style of door handles and the way our kids open the doors with great abandon we had dents in the walls where the handles kept hitting the drywall

The door stops just werent long enough

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I had to use a wrench to get it twisted all of the way on there

Just wish i hadnt used the wrench to tighten them as it scraped up the plastic
