I had an episode where the radio froze and even killing the car didnt shut it off so i had to unplug the radio

I installed this on a 01 sierra 2500 with the kit that you can buy at walmart everything fits but only one of the flat side brackets needs to be installed instead of 2 otherwise the radio does not fit

The remote doesnt work too well for me have to hold it a foot in front of the unit to get it to read the signal
