If you labeled the poles that might help but between the diagram on the website and the other reviews i had it up initially in 30 mins or less

Because the frame attaches around the bottom boles and then they go on the inside for the rest of the play tent

We position my daughter sandbox in the tent and filled it full of sand and now we are able to open and close the many screens around the tent to keep mosquitoes and other insects away from her while she is playing
